Midwest Bank Note Company prints millions of vital record documents for State Health Departments, Municipal Health Departments and Recorders as well as County Health Departments and Recorders to issue as their birth and death certificates.

From our long experience in this area we recommend the use of intaglio printing, a true security watermark, laser toner retention, colored, fluorescent security micro fibers, intaglio latent images and intaglio micro-lines as well as a number of other anti-copy and anti-alteration features.

This combination of features has proved itself time and time again to offer the best and most appropriate level of security for these types of documents. The security offered by these features far exceeds the offset lithography features such as: high resolution borders, litho micro-lines; and the design configurations disguised as security, offered as an imitation by many forms printers.

Our sales and manufacturing personnel are attuned to the special handling that these documents require and our manufacturing facility has the physical security and auditing processes in place to ensure that all work is carried out securely, is safely delivered to the customer and all materials are accounted for.
Our sales representatives are available to advise on the most appropriate levels of security for your vital record documents.
Documents are available in a variety of formats in both cut laser sheets and true continuous form. Standard sizes available are:

8 ½" x 11" Letter size laser sheet
8 ½" x 14" Letter size laser sheet
8 ½" x 7 " Short form laser sheet
9 ½" x 7 " Continuous short form
